Concrete FAQs
What is GFRC?
GFRC stands for Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete. Made of Portland cement, fine aggregate, water, acrylic co-polymer, alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforcement, and additives. The glass fiber allows for a product with a much higher flexural and tensile strength than traditional concrete.
WHY do you use GFRC over traditional concrete?
Our use of GFRC means we can accommodate almost limitless color, shape, and texture requests with an end product that is more lightweight and durable than traditional concrete.
What Colors do you have available?
We currently offer 11 standard colors that you can see here. For an added cost, our unique color mixing process means we can match almost any color request imaginable.
Is concrete right for my project?
Concrete is the most unique, personal surface option because it is made from scratch for each client. Concrete may be right for you if you want something unique and personalized; you appreciate high-quality, hand-crafted items; you think granite and quartz are too shiny, too formal, too common; you think synthetic solid surface materials look and feel like plastic; or you need a color or visual texture that’s not available with other materials
What is the cost per square foot?
Costs start at $130 per s.f. and varies depending on color, texture, and complexity.
do your sinks meet accessibility requirements?
We can work directly with Architects and General Contractors to ensure that our sinks meet current ADA/ANSI standards for their project.
