In an active neighborhood near Cherry Creek it was important to create an environment that appealed to varying demographics. Furniture and design influence circulation paths to accommodate movement without interrupting seated patrons. There are tables for meeting and studying with groups as well as a street-side bar for individual use. The tables are all custom GFRC concrete and steel, and the lounge area features a custom cedar couch, coffee table, and walnut and white powder coated steel lounge chairs. Overhead there is a custom cedar shade structure that appears to be floating, thanks to hidden supports.
